"We were moving from AZ. To Kentucky and started our online search. Somehow Faith came across our search and found our contact info and called us. What a miracle that turned out to be !! Faith is patient, she listens to your needs, offers her expert advice and can handle negotiations. We couldn't be more pleased with a Realtor!! I was a Real Estate Appraiser and have dealt with many Realtors so I know when I see a great one and Faith, by far is one of the best!!! I am glad she was the one to help us find our forever home. Even after closing she is still helping us with her list of contractors and making sure our process goes smoothly! We consider her a part of our family."
Faith and her family moved to Louisville when she was a 6 week old infant and she has been a proud Louisvillian ever since. Growing up, Faith moved homes within the city a few times. It was during these moves that her love for residential real estate was formed, specifically during the home showings leading up to her family moves when she would call “dibs” on her future bedroom and glean information from her family’s realtor at the time sparking an interest in real estate that never faded.
Faith developed her competitive drive for success while playing soccer at Christian Academy of Louisville during her high school years. She then went on to attend the University of Louisville (Go Cards!) and graduated with a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in management. Upon graduation, Faith realized that she did not want to leave her city, her home, Louisville.
Faith landed in real estate immediately upon graduating college as an intern, then as a large brokerage marketing coordinator before finally landing on a top sales agent’s real estate team.
Faith decided it was time to grow her own real estate brand and partnered with White Picket Real Estate + Kyle Elmore as she was drawn to a locally owned, locally grown brokerage that is working to make her city, Louisville, a better place to call home.
Faith works with both buyer and sellers in the greater Louisville area. She loves being outside with nature and loves client home showings that take her out into the “country” too. When she is not selling real estate, Faith stays active by running 3+ miles per day, working out, walking the local parks, trying new eateries, checking out the local distilleries, and, of course, supporting her UL Cards athletic teams. If you need to track her down, you will likely find her on the patio at Captain’s Quarters sipping on a gin + soda water with lime and devouring their shrimp tacos.
Faith would love to help you find a house to make your home. Remember you have to have FAITH in your real estate!

"Faith is the most dedicated realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She makes you, the customer her number one priority. She worked day and night for us to close on the perfect house. She went well above to ensure that our needs and wants were met. She went to battle for us when she needed to speak to realtor of the selling house to negotiate our terms. All in all you will not find a better, more dedicated realtor than Faith Shepherd."
