Maude has been in real estate for two years and feels fortunate to have had Katie by her side from the beginning. She began her career as Katie’s transaction coordinator where she learned the ins and outs of the industry from a top-producing agent.

She has always loved being able to combine her passion for people, design, history, architecture and so much more into a career. From the start, she has placed an extremely high value on the long-term relationship she builds with each client and personal service provided throughout the entire transaction.

Maude was born in Montreal and moved to Sacramento, California a few years later. After 10 years in California, her family moved to the amazing city of Louisville. She graduated after 4 years at The University of Kentucky with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication. She relocated back to Louisville in 2019, met with Katie to chat real estate and the rest is history. When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying local spots with her friends, working out, shopping around Louisville or relaxing at home with a glass of wine.

She loves helping her clients start their next chapter. Whether they’re relocating, investing, remodeling, growing their family, or downsizing, she is there to make sure they have the best possible experience. Maude truly desires to see her clients in their dream homes, and will work in tremendous effort to make sure that becomes a reality.
