Paula was born and raised in Louisville and has never been able to see herself living anywhere else. Having lived in several different areas, she knows the city well and is passionate about what Louisville has to offer. Growing up she had family members in real estate, which is what originally sparked her interest and after graduating from the University of Louisville with a psychology degree and working for four years in a corporate sales setting, she decided to make a change. Knowing that her passion was for helping people, and having always had an interest in real estate, she made the move in 2017 to start her real estate career.
She began at a larger firm in the city and while working full time on her own business, she worked as the principal broker’s assistant for two years. This allowed her to build her business, gain experience and learn all she could about the market, transactions and managing client expectations. In 2018 she won the Greater Association of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year award and went on to win top sales awards in 2018 and 2019.
What she enjoys most about being a Realtor is the chance to grow existing relationships and build new ones while helping clients through one of the biggest and most emotional life changes. If you are working with Paula, you can expect her to be honest and straightforward, likely adding a little humor to the mix. Her intent is to absorb all of the potential stress and work so that her clients are able to be excited and enjoy the process of buying/selling.
Interests outside of real estate include practicing Yoga, playing golf, baking, live music, stand-up comedy and playing with her English Bulldog, Juicy Lucy.
