Sam Ault

Sam joined White Picket Real Estate in the Summer of 2021 to further pursue his passion for the real estate industry. Sam has well over a decade of customer service experience - most notably as the co-owner of an award winning restaurant group. As an active investor and Realtor, Sam has extensive experience buying, selling, and managing investment properties - including short-term rentals. Sam has earned degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky. Sam is a Licensed Sales Associate in the State of Kentucky.
